Stress
Stress is the natural human response to challenges and threats. We all experience it to some degree on a regular basis. However, if our stress becomes chronic, it can have a massive impact on our well-being.
To ease our stress, we can start by identifying the limiting beliefs that are feeding into our stress cycle. These could be something like ‘I will never have what it takes to navigate stressful situations.’ or ‘Stress is the only rational response to stressful situations.’ Once we have identified these beliefs, we can then replace them with different ideas that lead us to a place of emotional regulation and calm.
If stress is affecting your life to a noticeable degree, then the ‘Stress’ theme in the Thinkladder app is just for you.
